Louise L. Hay was the firm believer that our thoughts create our reality, and that the power to change our life is in The Now.When she was diagnosed with vaginal cancer, she worked on clearing her mental patterns of resentment and replace them with the thoughts of love and acceptance through which she got rid of the dis-eased condition in her body.

According to Napoleon Hill, Affirmation is "Any idea, plan or purpose may be placed in the mind through repetition of thought". Napoleon Hill interviewed hundred's of successful entrepreneurs only to discover that training your mind plays a vital role in any form of success. The top successful people have time and again proven that affirmation is the key ingredient in their success.

With the right amount of hustle and the right mindset, you can skyrocket your success.

# 5 Ways of doing Affirmations:

1. Diary Writing.
2. Sticky Notes.
3.Meditation.
4.Phone Recording.
5.Digital writing.

1. Diary writing:

It is one of the best approaches for someone who loves maintaining a dairy or writing in general. I personally recommend this traditional way of journaling. Start your day with only five self-love affirmations which will take less than 5 mins of your time in the morning. Pick up a bunch of affirmations which you consciously want to incorporate in your life and write them down each one three times because it's effective that way.

2. Sticky notes:

For some of you sticky notes might be readily available. I would recommend, get creative and jot down your affirmations and put it on your laptop or your desk where you can see it every day. The excellent thing about the sticky note is, they are small squares and can fit anywhere.

3. Meditation:

Pick a spot, and sit with your eyes closed. Now breathe in and breathe out and say your affirmations in your mind. Meditation has been prevalent since the prehistoric times and its proved to be the most efficient way to become centered and focused. Mediation is the quickest way to get your desired affirmation to your subconscious without any distraction.

Meditation is the most powerful visualization tool available to all of us and yet we are not aware of it.
All you need to do is sit in a comfortable position for ten mins and envision your desired life. Thank yourself for coming this far in your life, and imagine your future self at that moment.

4. Record:

Recording affirmation in your voice and listening to it when you are travelling, working or sitting in meditation is also one of the best ways for the affirmation to work. The important thing here is to record the affirmation in Your Voice. The impact of your voice on your subconscious is going to be more effective than anyone else

Hack: Instead of recording four or five affirmations, what works best is if you talk about your desired future. Assume you are living and breathing your desired day and speak about it in detail while recording.

Now all you need to do is feel your voice leading you into the vibration plane of your future self. The more you listen and visualize your aspirations, the more they come into being.

5. Digital writing:

Digital writing is the new-age way of doing your affirmation in your smartphone, tablets etc. advantage of having a digital copy is, it's easily accessible and the probability of you seeing it frequently is more. Use Apps like Keep, Memo or any other note-taking app you have on your phone.

Hack: While setting your alarm in your smart device, under the label section write one affirmation. In this way when you wake up, if the phone is the first thing you grab, your mind will at least catch the morning affirmation.😉

Those are my highly recommended ways to get the affirmation to stick. What is your preferred method of doing affirmations? Let me know in the comments below.

#25 Powerful Affirmations to get you started

Affirmations were the fundamental part of shaping my subconscious. Books such as " Heal Your Life " by Louise L. Hay, " The Power of Your Subconscious Mind " by Dr Joseph Murphy, " The Power of Intention " by Wayne Dyer and " A Course In Miracles ", guided me to many effective affirmations I could use instantly. Here are 25 Simple Affirmations which I have been using for years, these are the pillars on which I build my new Affirmations. In the infinity of life where I am all is perfect whole and complete, and yet life is ever changing there is no beginning and no end, only constant cycling and recycling of substance and experience.
